Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?
A: We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so with the exception of custom order items, items noted as being on backorder, and items that may have sold out, (which will be identified in your shopping cart - please see below), the items you see on our web site are in stock and available for shipment.
NOTE: The availability information presented on our site is the most current, accurate inventory information we have, but inventory errors do occur from time to time and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order.
Q: DO YOU HAVE ITEMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEB SITE?
A: We are an online retailer only, and all of our available merchandise is listed on our web site.
Q: DO YOU PRE-SELL UPCOMING SEASON MERCHANDISE?
A :We do occasionally. When we find items that are irresistably interesting, we will purchase them. However it requires time for manufacturing and shipping from overseas. When we showcase pre-sell and pre-order items, we will offer customers a good percentage off to encourage you to support these new items so we do not under-project.
Q: CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM FOR ME?
A: We do not accept "special orders" at this time.
Q: AN ITEM KEEPS DISAPPEARING FROM MY CART.
A: If an item seems to "disappear" from your cart most likely that item is sold out and no longer available. If this is the case out of stock information will appear at the top of the shopping cart in bold, red letters.
Q: HOW CAN I SEE AN ITEM WHEN IT'S OUT OF STOCK?
A: Our web site is usually updated every 12-24 hours, sometimes more frequently, but an item that is actually sold out will appear in the list of available options until the next update.
Q: WILL PLACING ITEMS IN MY SHOPPING CART RESERVE THEM FOR ME?
A: Please be aware that adding an item to your shopping cart does not "hold" the items for you. Transactions are not considered final, (and therefore items are not reserved from available inventory), until the checkout process has been completed.
Q: WHAT ARE THE CHANCES AN ITEM WILL BE CANCELLED OR BACKORDERED AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
A: We use a real time inventory system, (which means that our inventory is automatically checked for availability when you add an item to your shopping cart), so it's rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time.
In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled. Anticipated delivery dates for backorders or custom order items are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
