Returns and Exchanges

At Global Kecci your satisfaction is guaranteed. You can return an item within 2 weeks of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price. We regret shipping costs are not refundable. Returned merchandise must be sent to us prepaid. We cannot accept freight collect items.

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new and in its original carton with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards. You will need to enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail with your return. We cannot accept returns for the following classes of products if they have been opened or used: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, maternity bras, and undergarments. All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.

We will issue a full refund for the purchase price of any product you return that meets these above conditions. For your protection, please use United Parcel Service or insured parcel post for return shipments.
